Some values take shape through ideas, while others become tangible through action. For DONE!, believing in something means finding a way to turn it into a project, an opportunity, a real change.
On October 15, DONE!’s showroom in Milan will become a meeting point to share an important part of brand’s journey: her commitment to social causes and her collaboration with Save the Planet, born from a shared vision in which sustainability, education and responsibility come together.
Beyond the product, people
For DONE!, sustainability goes beyond the choice of materials or the way a product is made. It also means looking further, recognising the value of people and supporting initiatives capable of creating new opportunities.
This vision gave rise to Embracing the Future | Unbox Your Talent – Amazonia, a project that brings DONE! and Save the Planet together in support of Escola Agrícola Rainha dos Apóstolos in Manaus, Brazil. An initiative that takes the brand beyond the product, turning a shared vision into a tangible commitment to educating young people and protecting one of the most precious ecosystems on Earth.
A project in the heart of the Amazon
At Escola Agrícola Rainha dos Apóstolos, young people aged 14 to 18 learn how to cultivate the land and raise animals using techniques that respect the delicate Amazonian ecosystem. These are skills they can bring back to their own villages and communities, helping spread sustainable practices and protect the environment they call home.
Through its collaboration with Save the Planet, DONE! supports educational activities by introducing the method of observation, an approach Stefania Gnutti shares through her own experience. To observe means to look beyond what appears at first glance, paying attention to people, gestures, habits and the environment around us. It means learning to recognise needs, identify possibilities and better understand reality before imagining how to transform it.
In DONE!’s work, observing everyday life is often the starting point for understanding how people move, experience spaces and use objects. Yet the value of this method extends far beyond backpack design: it is a way of looking at the world that can also be applied to agriculture, our relationship with nature, community life and the resolution of everyday problems. Learning to observe means developing curiosity, critical thinking and awareness, while acquiring a tool that helps us understand our surroundings and identify new possibilities.
This is also the meaning of Unbox Your Talent: recognising people’s potential and creating the conditions for it to emerge, grow and take shape in something tangible.
From words to action
The evening of October 15 is an opportunity to share this story, connect with others and explore a journey in which environmental sustainability goes hand in hand with social sustainability.
During the event, participants will also have the opportunity to contribute directly to the project by making a donation to Save the Planet, supporting Escola Agrícola Rainha dos Apóstolos and the work it carries out with its students every day.
It is an invitation to become part of something that goes beyond any single brand: because ideas gain value when they become shared actions, and every contribution can help create new possibilities.
